Paris - Hotel Info:
I am very excited for this year's locale, but my favorite Vegas hotel review site can put it way better than I can: https://www.oyster.com/the-strip/hotels/paris-las-vegas/full-review/
In short, what you get with Paris is a perfect location, a stellar casino/shop/restaurant setting, amazing rooms, and a nice pool all well below the price of the surrounding luxuary resorts.
If you want to play cards at the Aria or the Bellagio, they are just across the street
If you want to walk around the strip, you are right across from the fountains, close to every major theater, and just as close to some of the best dining in the world as you are to cheap late-night eats
The ambiance is one of the coolest in Vegas with a replica Eiffel Tower, Arc du Triumph, and Baloo, outside and a recreation of the Parisian evenings inside
To be fair, by Vegas standards their pool could be better, but it's still a nice spot
The rooms are newly renovated and very comfortable and stylish. It typically is not expensive to upgrade your room to one that faces the Bellagio fountains/Eiffel tower for a great view and often some people watching too
There is of course a gym, free wifi, 24/7 room service, and all the other amenities you'd expect of an upscale resort
Paris - Flagship Room:
We will be trying something new this time: 1 big, nice suite to serve as party HQ. Fortunately, Paris has a great balance between luxury and value and their suites are no exception. The idea is that 4 people will stay here, and then when we need a place to hang out and talk, pregame, or just get away from the crowds we can all go to a super nice private spot for the whole trip. Others are more than welcome (and are encouraged to) stay in a different room in Paris, but it will be up up to them if they want to put 1 or 2 people per bed, stay the whole time or just the weekend, or go to another hotel.
The Burgandy Imperial Suite is over 850 square feet, a sitting area, a wet bar, and all the trimmings you'd expect of an upscale suite in a great resort. I have some pictures below but there are more here along with a great review: https://www.oyster.com/the-strip/hotels/paris-las-vegas/photos/imperial-suite--v17144299/
As of the time of writing, it will cost just $99 with taxes and fees included per night per person for 4 of us to check in Friday 4/26/2024 and check out Tuesday 4/30/2024.
Paris - 2 Queen Rooms:
You certainly don't have to stay here - Caesars, the Aria, the Cosmopolitan, and the Bellagio across the street are excellent luxury options, and the Flamingo, Planet Hollywood, and the Linq nearby have cheaper rooms. Remember, 90% of the time we will be out of the rooms anyway, and if we want to hang out in a room, we will have a big suite for that. The main perks of staying at Paris is that it is a genuinely great hotel, it will be very convenient (especially on late, drunk nights), and if we all go to the pool you the day-use fee is included if you stay at the hotel.
If choose to stay at Paris, I am sure you will love it and the 2 queen rooms offer excellent value with a really nice, upscale experience inspired by elegant Parisian hotels, but still at mid-tier Vegas hotel prices. Please see more pictures and read the reviews if you have any doubts: https://www.oyster.com/the-strip/hotels/paris-las-vegas/photos/deluxe-room-two-queen/
As of the time of writing, it will cost just $88 with taxes and fees included per night per person for 2 beds with check in Friday 4/26/2024 and check out Tuesday 4/30/2024.
